Muertos Kitchen & Lounge, Bakersfield

BlogWall Street

After a good breakfast, Donna and I headed out to Bakersfield’s Wall Street. It was fairly early, about 8 a.m., when we arrived. The area of Wall Street we chose seemed to be filled with tattoo parlors, restaurants and bars. Not surprisingly, the street was quiet, save for a woman inside a nearby building screaming, apparently, into a cell phone. Donna surmised her car was the one with the “Princess” license plate holder. The two of us wandered about, snapping images of whatever struck our fancy. I settled upon a mural outside the door to Muertos Kitchen & Lounge. Very cool.
